As a student brief I had to choose a failing company and build a campaign to improve its image:
How can a failing electronic retail giant such as Maplin Electronics be brought at the forefront of society?
Retail giant with over 200 stores across Ireland and the United Kingdom,
Maplin Electronics has the opportunity to reconnect with communities by offering its
venues as focus points for learning and entertainment.With the Race to the Future Campaign, Maplin can shape a
brighter future for children through innovative events that teach them about coding and robotics.

Prior to the event, children would be given an application, on which they would have to build their robot. On the day of the event, the pieces would be up for collection, and ready to be assembled and coded with the help of the teams.

Each robot comes with its own robot maintenance kit box, with tools and instructions.
